AFFILIATE MARKETING REAL DEFINITION
With the evolution of society and the Internet, new marketing formats appear almost daily, with the aim of expanding the forms and channels that manage to attract the attention of the consumer.
Pablo Sammarco, General Director of The Social Media Family, defines affiliate marketing as the “ terminology or strategy that helps increase recurring income in the digital world ”
This type of marketing consists of: an individual promotes the products of an entrepreneur or company through personalized material ( banners , URLs …) and if the requirements imposed by the brand are met (downloads, purchases, web registration, clicks … ), the affiliate receives a commission based on what has been achieved.
Affiliate marketing emerges as an interesting alternative for people who want to work with Internet sales , as well as being a great tool for producers who want to increase the dissemination of their products on the Internet.
